Mrs. Hulting joined Evans & Dixon as Of Counsel in September 2022, but has worked with the firm throughout the years as an independent contractor attorney starting in 2018. She has practiced in both the state and federal courts of Illinois and Missouri and the Administrative Hearing Commission in Jefferson City, Missouri. She is an active member, in good-standing, of the Illinois Bar, the Missouri Bar, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.
She currently concentrates the majority of her practice on insurance defense, coverage analysis, personal injury and premise liability. Mrs. Hulting’s previous experience includes plaintiff’s nursing home litigation, commercial business litigation defense, environmental law and serving as an Assistant Attorney General with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office within the Governmental Affairs Division at the beginning of her career.

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She also enjoys cooking and visiting with family and friends in Southern and Central Illinois.
