Mr. Crow joined Evans & Dixon in 2025 as a Senior Associate with a strong background in litigation and extensive experience in personal injury, professional liability, and property litigation. Mr. Crow specializes in representing individuals, businesses, and schools in complex legal matters, ensuring strategic and effective resolutions.
His experience extends to professional liability litigation, particularly in real estate transactions, as well as subrogation litigation and minor settlements. Additionally, he has a depth of experience in property litigation, specifically addressing fire damage claims.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Crow spent over three years in insurance defense, primarily representing clients in personal liability cases involving personal injury claims and professional liability disputes for real estate agents. His legal career began with prestigious internships, including serving as an intern with the Iowa Court of Appeals in 2018 and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Iowa in 2019.

Outside of the office, Joshua enjoys exploring scenic trails on his bike, honing his skills in archery and fishing, and discovering new craft brews and wines at local breweries and wineries.
