In DeGraffenreid v R. L. Hannah Trucking, Co., 80 S.W.3d 866 (Mo. App. W.D. 2002), an over-the-road driver while in cab of parked vehicle had compensable stroke because experts said the number of hours and distance he had driven with insufficient sleep and the maintenance of two log books to conceal that information, created the stress as being “a substantial factor” in causing the stroke.
